Cancellation Policy
To better manage my schedule and accommodate all clients, I am enforcing the following cancellation policy due to a recent increase in cancellations and no-call/no-shows.
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer that appointment time to another client.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not contact me (“no-call, no-show”) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
